Danielle Richards, who grew up in Sonoma County, has done everything from teaching gymnastics to being a licensed massage therapist. She finished her teacher training and was thrilled to be teaching classes at Petaluma Park Yoga. Danielle's classes are calming and relaxing, allowing you to destress from the week and be supported by her kind voice. Her style of teaching combines a flow of slower movements with meditation and mindfulness. When she isn't practicing yoga, you can find Danielle traveling or adventuring with her daughter Callie, and puppy Kodiak!
Daniel has been teaching locally for over 15 years and continues to grow and evolve as a teacher with unflinching commitment and unbridled enthusiasm. His classes come in a variety of styles and levels of challenge, but there is something in them for anyone and everyone. Whether you are brand new, or if you have done more than 10,000 sun salutations in your life, he can help to guide you in a way that meets you where you are. Modifications and progressions are always offered, please feel free to address any concerns with him before class. "It is such an honor to be able to provide instruction to anyone who has a new interest or an already established commitment to this practice. Providing guidance in the ways of wellness through physical movement technique is the best job I've ever had, by far and I absolutely love it!".
