We are working with the City of Petaluma to make sure we are providing class that are safe and aligned with current COVID restrictions. Please make sure you read and confirm that you are able to adhere to following guidelines:
All you need is a yoga mat, and we encourage you to bring a hand towel and water. If you don't have access to a yoga mat, please reach out to us as we are happy to help if you need.
We practice power yoga classes with an introduction to meditation each week. Our classes start with a warm-up, a supported flow and end with both core work and guided meditation. You'll leave feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
We never want money to be a reason someone isn't part of our community. We are asking for those who can afford to, please make a donation. Most yogis pay anywhere from $10-$20 per class, so please pay what you feel is appropriate.
We have childcare on-site - in case your little ones rather play than do yoga. Our childcare provider has years of experience, a degree in child development, and is CPR certified. Childcare is $5 per child and all payment methods are taken.
If you signed up and can't make it, please let us know. We can shift your registration to another session, that is not already at capacity. We'd rather have you use your credit towards another class. If that is not a possibility, please email and we will support you.
If your doctor says it's okay, then of course! All of our instructors are trained to work with women during and after pregnancy, as well as injuries. Please let your instructor know before class starts so we can support you throughout class.
All we care about is that you get to do SOME YOGA! We are asking people to sign up to support capacity limits from the city. If you're unable to sign up online, please know you can show up and we can make sure you have a space. Always email us too, as we're happy to help!
Right now, we are hosting classes at Wickersham Park. BUT, our goal is to expand to make sure we're offering Park Yoga all over the city. Keep an eye out on our website and social media on expanding to other parks soon!
The best part of living in Sonoma County is the various weather and seasons. We will offer class in light rain or sprinkles. If a class is rained out, we will email you and refund/credit you back. Keep an eye out for an email before class, as we'll be in the park checking out how it feels to make sure you're safe and dry.
Your support and contributions will enable us to continue to buy park permits, and expand our business to more parks/class times. Your generous donation will fund our mission, and allow more yogis on their mats!
