We are a family owned company who wants to bring the community together through movement. Our weekly schedule below is formed by community feedback and desire. All of our classes are intelligently designed for all levels of yogis, and every body. Please bring a mat and bottle of water with you, and we will help you do the rest!
Our longest lasting class and the foundation of our community! This family friendly class is perfect for all levels and ages, as it's filled with sunshine and smiles. We'll work through a variety of yoga movements and flow, and enjoy our practice under the trees.
Join us Tuesdays at 5:00pm for a yoga class mashed with strength training. We'll start with a warm up, combine yoga moves with strength training moves, weave in some core work and end with a supported meditation. These classes allow a full body workout with a mindful mental practice, as well. We will have music and here to have FUN on our mats!
Let's get our wiggles out together in the park! This 30 minute class for kids 2 years old and up will help introduce mindfulness and movement to young ones, all while having so much fun! Parents can join or hang out nearby, as well as younger siblings. Bring a mat or towel as well as water. We look forward to moving together in the park!
We love celebrating the families (and soon-to-be families) in our community. Thursdays, we have two classes to support parents and pregnant mamas. Join us 3:30pm for a 45 minute parent and baby class, meant for pre-crawlers. We also host a 4:30pm prenatal yoga class for all mamas who are looking to move their growing bodies, and start that special bond.
After a long week, head to your mat every week for an hour of unwinding and restorative work. We will gently flow together to support both physical and mental healing through slow movements and holds. This class focuses on the mental clarity we all need and challenges us all to slow down in our fast paced worlds.
Once a month, we host an outdoor sound bath with singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more. This vibrational experience is 75 minutes of laying down and letting the vibrations take over your body, mind and soul
